So here is my first entry for the New Year.
Looks like the studio is finally coming together in Wisconsin, thought I'd update here as well as Facebook and Myspace to show
some progress.....can't wait to start working on some music.

Sept 4 2009
Well things are coming along on settling in to our new location and building things up, like new carpet, and paint on the place.
Lots more to do before the Tommy Harris Company is open for business again, but I hope it will be in the coming months
that I can resume the music where I left it in Arizona. Hoping to get some recording done on the CAST A STONE record as well as my own music I need to re-record.

We have now been on our own for 2 weeks My amazing Inlaws have moved into a posh 55+ community and left this big ole house to us.
We have been given a chance to get back on our feet from the effects of the recession, so now we rebuild our lives from the bottom up.
I hope that others effected by the events of the last year have made it thru the down side and started to climb back on top again.

Thought I'd drop a line to update the site here, well we all know that the economy is totally messed up and we all want things to get better.
But the jobs are not going to make themselves so we all have to voice our opinions to correct the broken Government that has brought us here in the first place.....
so I hope that anyone who doesn't think that they have any say with how things are controlled, will stop that closed minded point of view because it takes more of us to actually
give a shit before it will change for the better.....It's still WE THE PEOPLE who have to pay for all the mistakes so lets do this.

Well it looks like we are going to migrate North back home to Wisconsin. The lack of jobs in the Phoenix Metro area has made me fear for what
lies around the corner, so I think we are making a smart move.Just wish it would have been on different terms, we wanted to go home someday
just didn't think that it would be so sudden.The departure from Cast a Stone was also an unplanned casualty of the situation that I'm in.
I hope to maybe keep writing with them in hopes to finish a possible CD? Who knows? Have to get settled in Wisconsin and we'll see what happens.
All in all the almost 8 years in Arizona has taught me alot more than I have ever could have dreamed of.....so I guess there is no down side here.
But my advice everyone is to go with the flow, because if there is bad luck....there is also good luck right around the bend.

Well, after Nick moving up to Wyoming, Bob has had some trouble with his job and got shipped to Tucson, then I quit my job.......so
I'm going to shut down this whole thing for awhile until the waters get a little more calm, thanks for all the support from all who cared, Darrell,Bob,Aaron,Myc.
Not sure what's in the future for the Tommy Harris Company.
Might be me, just going back to the slow pace of a one man band.

Well it's with a heavy heart that I must inform you all that we have lost our guitarist Nick Burgess he has parted ways to take a great job in Wyoming. We wish him well with his new career path.

Bob Craig on guitar will give us even more "guitar bite" so this will be fun........Hang on to your hats folks.
